新着メッセージの確認

「F5」で新規メッセージの確認が出来ます。自動受信に設定している場合はキーを押したタイミングで新着メッセージの確認が行われます。

一括で既読にする

「Shift+C」を同時押しすると開いているフォルダのメッセージを一括で既読に出来ます。
迷惑メールなど不要なメールを一気に開封する時にはすごく便利ですよね。

新規メッセージの作成

「Ctrl+N」で新規メッセージの作成が可能です。
たくさんの新規メッセージを作成する場合はかなり便利ですね。

メールの検索

「Ctrl+K」の同時押しで検索ボックスに移動してくれます。
移動後は検索したい語句を入力するだけですね。

特定のフォルダを検索する

検索したいフォルダを開いた状態で「Ctrl+Shift+K」を押すと「このフォルダーのメッセージを絞り込む」に変わるのであとは検索するだけです。

メール内のキーワードを調べる

「F3」または「Ctrl+F」を同時に押す事で「ページ内検索」が表示されるので調べたいキーワードを入力しましょう。
オプションの「すべて強調表示」「大文字/小文字を区別」「発音区別符号を区別」「単語単位」は必要な場合に設定するとより細かく検索が出来ます。

メールへ返信を行う

選択中のメールに返信したい場合は「Ctrl+R」で返信が可能です。
R＝リターン？という解釈で問題ないかと笑

全員に返信

「Ctrl+Shift+R」で全員に返信が出来ます。CCなどでまとめられていない場合などにはとても便利ですね。

下書きを保存する

メール作成を途中で中断する場合などは「Ctrl+S」で下書き保存が可能です。S＝セーブ？ですかね。
他のソフトでもこの操作で保存する場合が多いので比較的使用しやすいショートカットキーですね。
